At Nanny Park, we know your time is precious and you have so many people and obligations pulling you in different directions. We want to provide your family with an exceptional experience during your search and get a match made in nanny heaven. We will work quickly and efficiently to find you the a fit for your family. Nanny Park holds our nannies to a high standard and we focus a great deal on making sure they have outstanding qualifications and experience, along with a great personality and go-getter attitude.
The process.
Fill out the online form so that we can learn more about you!
We want to know what your needs are, your schedule, kids age and what type of nanny you’re looking for. We will discuss your parenting philosophies and discuss qualities that you value in a childcare provider.
We start our search.
Based off of what we discuss, we will start to search for your ideal candidate. We will interview the nannies that we think fit best for what you’re looking for. We will email you with candidates that we feel would be a great match.
Nanny Park will schedule interviews.
Next, we schedule interviews and help you make a list of questions you would like to ask your candidates. After the interview is done, we will follow up with you and your potential nanny to see how it went and if there are any further questions or concerns.
Hiring process.
We walk you through the hiring process from start to finish. We can help build a contract that suits your family specifically and help with last minute details. At this point, we will run a background check on the candidate you’ve chosen which includes criminal, social security, motor vehicle and sex offender. Our fee is due at the time you hire your nanny.
Ongoing support.
After you have hired a nanny, we are happy to answer questions and help find backup care when needed!
